Young red wine exclusivity made of Tempranillo grapes from same called land in council land of Pozaldez. The fermentation process takes place in stailless steel tanks under a rigorous control of the temperature and of the "remontado" with the finality of keep the greatest characteristic of this wine.

ABOUT THE TASTING

Presents a red colour with violet tone. Very fine and clean in the nose, shows the potential scent of wild fruits. In the mouth gets volume with good body and structure.

CONSUMPTION AND CONSERVATION

Consumption temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Conservation temperature between 10ºC and 20ºC

Total acidity: 5g/l (tartaric)
Alcoholic crude: 13% Vol

RECOMENDATIONS

Serve the wine at 16ºC. It's appropiate for red meat, boiled meat, ...
