VALDELCOBO
Young red wine exclusivity made of Tempranillo grapes from same called land in
council land of Pozaldez. The fermentation process takes place in stailless steel tanks under a
rigorous control of the temperature and of the "remontado" with the finality of keep the greatest
characteristic of this wine.

ABOUT THE TASTING
Presents a red colour with violet tone. Very fine and clean in the nose, shows
the potential scent of wild fruits. In the mouth gets volume with good body and structure. |
CONSUMPTION AND CONSERVATION
Consumption temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Conservation temperature between 10ºC and 20ºC |

RECOMENDATIONS
Serve the wine at 16ºC. It's appropiate for red meat, boiled meat, ... |
